The RFF & Associados Quality Policy integrates the following principles:

  •  Ensure the satisfaction of clients' legal assistance needs and their loyalty;
  • Ensure compliance with the legislation applicable to its legal services activity;
  • Comply with the ethical and deontological standards of the activities embodied in the rules and codes of conduct of the Lawyers; 
  • Ensure compliance with the legal and internal deadlines that it defines;
  • To create Local and International Partnerships that allow it to satisfy the specific needs and expectations of its clients;
  • Continuously improve the effectiveness of its implemented Quality Management System;
  • To focus the entire Organization in the development of its activity at the service of the Client, fulfilling all its obligations, both labor and social, to its employees, as well as valuation and remuneration established by law and its bylaws and internal regulations, with requirements recipients in relation to its Members and Associates and other employees.

Information Security Management

RFF & Associados` Information Security Policy is based on the following three pillars:

  • Confidentiality: the guarantee that information is accessible only by persons properly authorized for this purpose;
  • Integrity: safeguarding the accuracy of information and processing methods;
  • Availability: ensuring that authorized users have access to information when necessary.

The information security policy of RFF &Associados integrates the following principles:

  • Information is an essential asset for the fulfillment of the functions of the Organization;
  • Information Security is applicable to all Lawyers and Employees of the Company in all Departments, in a transversal way, with specific responsibilities assigned to certain functions;
  • The Company is committed to promoting and implementing appropriate levels of security to protect both the resources of information systems and training processed, stored or transmitted;
  • Ensure compliance with the applicable legislation, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information, as well as the management of security incidents that may affect it;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and codes of good practice to identify, quantify, prioritize and address information security risks;
  • Ensure continuous improvement of information security management.

RFF & Associados takes a proactive attitude and contributes to responsible citizenship and ethics. On the day-to-day basis, it involves its partners, associates, employees, correspondents, consultants, suppliers and clients in providing support to various institutions, entities, and organizations linked to projects previously identified as socially relevant.
The Quality Policy is disseminated throughout the Organization through this Quality Management Book and through internal training actions.
